Course Description:

Explore tips, tricks, and best practices for using Outlook to better manage your email, calendar, and more. Topics include:

Organizing email using folders
Managing email flow with rules (automatic organization, forwarding, etc.)
Email search features
Managing calendar appointments (including automatic color-coding)
Calendar sharing/accessing other calendars
Adding the Zoom and Teams plug-ins for scheduling video meetings
And more!

**IMPORTANT: This workshop will focus on the Windows Outlook client and Outlook Online/Webmail versions. We will not specifically cover the Mac version of Outlook, although many features are available in the Mac version.
