Full course description
Course Description:
This workshop covers the use of very powerful conditional functions in Excel which can greatly increase the flexibility of your formulas. Use these functions to calculate total expenditures within specific funds, determine a variable’s value based on specific criteria, and more! Functions to be covered include: IF, SUMIF/AVERAGEIF/COUNTIF(S), IFERROR, and logical operators (AND/OR/NOT) – with a few special tricks thrown in! We will practice with financial, organizational, and research data.
This class will help you find out how to work these formulas into your spreadsheets! (2 hour session + 30 minute optional practice lab)
