Course Description:
Registration for this session is required.
Start
your semester by learning about the services and resources available through UW
Information Technology! This employee-oriented session will start with a short
overview presentation of IT services, followed by a question-answer period.
Learn about the best ways to get help or training, available software,
classroom assistance, personal computer repairs, and services such as WyoCast,
WyoCourses, Office 365’s cloud, and Zoom. You will also get a chance to explore
the Information Technology Center.
