Course Description:
Learn how to audit shared files in OneDrive and Teams, identify who has access, and adjust sharing settings to support appropriate security and collaboration. In this hands-on workshop, participants will review common sharing scenarios, practice checking permissions, and learn simple steps for reducing unnecessary access while keeping files available to the right people.
This session is designed as a companion workshop to the new UWIT mandatory training. (The mandatory training will be released through WyoCloud at the start of the Fall semester. We recommend taking the mandatory training BEFORE this workshop.)
