OneDrive Security (Oct.8, 2:00-3:00 PM, via Zoom)

Course Description:

Learn how to audit shared files in OneDrive and Teams, identify who has access, and adjust sharing settings to support appropriate security and collaboration. In this hands-on workshop, participants will review common sharing scenarios, practice checking permissions, and learn simple steps for reducing unnecessary access while keeping files available to the right people.

This session is designed as a companion workshop to the new UWIT mandatory training. (The mandatory training will be released through WyoCloud in October 2026. We recommend taking the mandatory training BEFORE this workshop.)
