Full course description
This 2-hour workshop provides a quick dive into essential Microsoft Outlook skills, including how to customize your client, organize email, quickly find specific messages, configure email rules, add voting buttons and track poll results, manage contacts, use calendar and meeting features effectively, and more! (***We will primarily be looking at the full version of Outlook 2016 for Windows with some comparisons to functionality of the less powerful Office 365 web-mail application. Most features will be compatible with Outlook 2013. While functionality of Outlook for Mac is similar, we will not specifically be covering Mac features.)
