This session takes a hands-on deep dive into Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication. Topics include:
- Overview of Teams functionality and use-cases
- Accessing the Teams application (web and desktop versions)
- Joining, creating, and managing teams and channels
- Types of channels (and when to use them)
- Best practices for discussions and chats
- Using mentions and custom tags
- File sharing and co-authoring
- Customizing channels with apps and other resources
- Security considerations
- Common mistakes
- And more!
