Course Description:

Learn best practices for working with non-UW collaborators and across organizations in MS Teams. Topics include:

• Adding and managing guest accounts
• Guest account limitations and adjustable permissions
• How do guests access a UW team?
• Guest interaction with apps and other resources
• External cloud storage
• Security and privacy considerations

Prerequisites: We recommend that attendees have a basic understanding of how Microsoft Teams works as a collaboration tool. We will not be covering Teams basics in this class. (See our Teams: Getting Started workshop.)
