Course Description:

Managing Microsoft Teams for your unit or group? This course was designed for anyone in an Owner role who needs to effectively manage Team collaboration. Specific topics include:

Managing membership
Managing roles and permissions
Managing channels
Managing file access
Using the Channel Calendar
And more!

Prerequisites: We strongly recommend that attendees have completed Teams: Getting Started training or have a strong understanding of how Microsoft Teams works as a collaboration tool. We will not be covering Teams basics in this class.
