Course Description:
Build a web page to visualize your spatiotemporal data with JavaScript! Learn from a professional web developer and web-GIS specialist. Explore the power of programming and use it to unlock new ways to interact with and visualize your data. Participants will take a hands-on approach using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ESRI JS-API v4, and Plotly.js.
- Appropriate for complete beginners through intermediate level programmers.
- Familiarity with the following software is required: web browser (e.g. Google Chrome), spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel), word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word)
- Basic understanding of plotting data and interpreting graphs is required.
- Previous experience with programming is NOT required.
