WyoCloud PivotTables (Apr.12, 10:00-11:30 AM, via Zoom)

Course Description:

IMPORTANT: Enrollment for this course is only through UW's new Oracle Learn Center (Open HCM > Learning > search for pivot, or visit the course registration page directly). Email questions to computer.training@uwyo.edu.

This workshop will cover how use basic Excel pivot table features to analyze and interpret your WyoCloud Financial Management account and budget data. (We focus on using pre-built end-of-month financial spreadsheets and do not cover how to export data directly from WyoCloud Financial Management.)

Please note that this workshop is narrowly focused on specific pivot table functions for your financial data and will NOT provide an in-depth look at building and using pivot tables. We highly recommend also taking the Excel: PivotTables workshop to complement and expand on this specific training.

Prerequisites: UW employment and access to WyoCloud Financial Management
